Navigation Consultation

Available virtually anywhere in the US and internationally

Something has changed. You don't know what it means or what to do next. This is where you start.

The moment after you first notice a cognitive change, in yourself or someone you love, is one of the most disorienting moments in healthcare. There is no clear door to walk through, no obvious first call to make, no one whose job it is to help you understand what is actually happening and what it actually means.

That is what this consultation is for.

In 45 minutes with Dr. Amy Paul, you will move from confusion and uncertainty to clarity and a concrete path forward. This is not a diagnostic medical appointment. It is a structured, expert navigation conversation that gives you exactly what you need to take the right next step whatever that step turns out to be.

Cost $250.00

This consultation is for:

  • Anyone noticing early cognitive changes and unsure whether to be concerned

  • Families who have noticed changes in a loved one and don't know where to turn

  • Caregivers navigating an existing diagnosis who need expert guidance on next steps

  • Out-of-state and international families seeking clarity about a loved one's care

  • Anyone who has received cognitive testing or a diagnosis that feels incomplete or confusing

What the 45 Minutes Includes:

  • A structured conversation about what you are experiencing or observing

  • Clinical context about what these changes may or may not mean

  • Clarity about what type of evaluation or specialist is actually needed

  • A written summary of your recommended next steps

  • Referral guidance to appropriate diagnostics, specialists or community resources

What Happens After:

Some patients move forward with a Comprehensive Cognitive Assessment at Flourish. Others are referred to neurologists, memory care specialists or community resources. Some simply need the clarity that nothing urgent is happening. All outcomes are valid. The goal is to get you to exactly the right place.

Comprehensive Cognitive Assessment

If you are experiencing persistent brain fog, memory concerns, or have a family history of Alzheimer’s disease, this evaluation provides structure and clarity. The average length of this visit is 90 minutes with a follow up visit to discuss your results and a plan going forward.

$1,250.00 - One Time

What We Evaluate

• Cognitive baseline (memory, executive function, processing speed)
• Alzheimer’s disease risk factors
• Cardiometabolic and vascular health
